Overview

*Chief administrative officer for the city.

*Supervises and directs city employees.

*Responsible for implementation of council legislative actions and adopted policies.

*Interacts as a representative of the city with businesses, community members, state and regional partners.

*In conjunction with staff, prepares annual budget and capital plans for council consideration.
